1. Access and first login
- Complete registration and the anti-bot check.
- An administrator reviews your request; access remains closed until approval.
- Once approved, LTL CRM sends an email with a login button.
- On first login, enter your birth date and how you heard about the service.
- Create your first model to open the main workspace.
Never share passwords, access codes, or secret keys. LTL support will not ask for your password.
2. Workspace
The dashboard combines financial indicators, today's plan, device activity, and tracking totals. The model selector changes the context for every connected section.
3. Models and accounts
A model is the top-level container for social profiles, devices, tasks, financial entries, and tracking pages. Create the model first, then add accounts and assign them to it.
4. Devices, publishing, and plans
Assign accounts to devices and record actual Stories and Reels uploads. The planner stores dated tasks, priorities, notes, and completion states.
5. Finance and reports
Finance tracks income and expenses in USD, groups entries by category, and charts daily movement. Account reporting is available from the Accounts section.
CRM summaries do not replace formal accounting or tax records.
6. Link tracking
Create a public link-in-bio page or redirect, configure buttons and media, connect a subdomain, and review visits, clicks, CTR, devices, countries, referrers, and UTM tags.
Do not use geographic rules to violate law, mislead visitors, or evade advertising platform requirements.
7. Security
- Use a unique password of at least 12 characters.
- Keep sensitive account information inside the protected CRM vault.
- Verify the website address before entering credentials.
- Change your password and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Getting help
Open technical support, select a topic, and describe the steps, current result, and expected result. Never include passwords or tokens.
