1. General and acceptance
This User Agreement governs linkforume.com, LTL CRM, LTL Unique, LTL Fanvue Guard, and related features (the “Service”) provided by LTL Service Administrator.
By submitting an application, registering, paying for access, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a team or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you disagree, you must stop using the Service.
2. Age, registration, and account
The Service is intended for adults with legal capacity. CRM access may be granted after administrator review and approval. You must provide accurate data, keep your email current, protect your password, and remain responsible for account activity.
You must not share access, create an account in another person's name, or evade restrictions. Suspected compromise must be reported to support without delay.
3. Digital services and products
The Service provides intangible digital functionality: CRM workspace and financial records, model and account management, planning, tracking-page creation and analytics, LTL Unique content processing, LTL Fanvue Guard security tools, documentation, and support.
Its value lies in software functionality, organization, analytics, automation, and support. Some data may come from public sources or external platforms. The Service does not guarantee exclusivity of source data or any financial, commercial, or other outcome.
4. License and access limits
For the access period, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable right to use the Service as intended. No intellectual property rights are transferred.
Without written permission, you may not resell or sublicense access, copy code or documentation, decompile, scrape data automatically, evade protections or limits, build a competing product from the Service, or provide your account to third parties.
5. Price, payment, and refunds
Current pricing, plan contents, and access duration are shown on the landing page, checkout page, or individual offer before payment. Local-currency amounts may be indicative, based on a current exchange rate, and differ from the final bank or payment-provider charge. External fees and provider rules apply separately.
A digital service is considered delivered when the relevant feature or account is activated. Automatic renewal applies only when clearly disclosed before payment. Refunds are reviewed where required by applicable law and where paid access was not actually provided due to a Service-side technical failure. For faster investigation, contact support within 24 hours of discovering a problem.
Before initiating a payment dispute, and without limiting statutory rights, you should give support a reasonable opportunity to verify the payment and resolve the issue.
6. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable law, third-party rights, and connected-platform rules. Unauthorized access, malware, spam, fraud, phishing, copyright infringement, unlawful content, infrastructure interference, and attempts to access other users' data are prohibited.
Geographic rules, redirects, templates, and tracking analytics are provided for lawful personalization and measurement. They must not be used to deceive visitors, conceal unlawful content, or evade advertising, payment, or other platform rules.
7. User data and content
You retain rights to your materials and grant the Service a limited technical right to store, copy, display, and process them only to provide selected features, backups, and support.
You are responsible for content, links, financial records, and third-party data, including all required rights, notices, and consents. Do not upload data whose use violates law or third-party rights. Processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
Software, design, databases, marks, methods, and LTL documentation belong to their respective rights holders. Reference to a third-party brand does not imply partnership or endorsement unless expressly stated.
After a substantiated infringement report, the administrator may hide disputed material, request clarification, or restrict the related feature while the matter is reviewed.
9. Third-party services and links
The Service may interact with email, hosting, payment, analytics, and other external systems. Their availability, terms, APIs, pricing, and decisions are outside the administrator's control. You accept those providers' terms separately and remain responsible for lawful use of enabled integrations.
10. Availability, warranties, and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Reasonable measures are taken for reliable and secure operation, but uninterrupted or error-free service, preservation of data in circumstances beyond reasonable control, compatibility with every device or external platform, and accuracy of third-party data are not guaranteed.
You evaluate analytics and make decisions at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the administrator is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or third-party acts, and aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where exclusion is prohibited by law.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be temporarily restricted or terminated for a breach, security risk, feature abuse, non-payment, legal requirement, or infrastructure-provider demand. Emergency restrictions may be imposed without prior notice.
You may stop using the Service and contact support about account deletion. Termination does not cancel existing obligations or require deletion of records that must be retained by law or to protect the parties' rights.
12. Changes, disputes, and contact
This Agreement may change when the product, providers, or law changes. The current version and effective date are published here; material updates may also be announced by email or inside the Service. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Send questions, claims, and requests through technical support. For quick contact, use Telegram. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through discussion.
The operator's official legal details and applicable payment terms are available upon a substantiated request through support.
