Privacy policy

This policy describes data processing on linkforume.com and in LTL products. Operator: LTL Service Administrator.

1. General

This Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you use linkforume.com, LTL CRM, LTL Unique, LTL Fanvue Guard, and public tracking pages (the “Service”). The Service operator is LTL Service Administrator.

By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. Where applicable law requires separate consent for a particular operation, it will be requested separately.

2. Data we process

  • Registration data: name, email, username, password hash, birth date, and referral source.
  • Application and support data: contact email, subject, message, administrator response, status, and handling history.
  • Workspace data you add: models, profiles, tasks, notes, financial entries, links, templates, and settings.
  • Technical data: request IP, approximate country and city, browser, device, operating system, referral source, session cookies, usage events, and security logs.
  • Public-page data: views, clicks, visit duration and depth, pseudonymous visitor identifier, UTM tags, and automation signals.

The Service does not request identity documents, payment credentials, or precise GPS location unless a specific feature clearly states otherwise.

3. Sources and collection

Information comes directly from you during registration, onboarding, support, and CRM use; automatically from your browser and server infrastructure; and from integrations you enable. If an external payment provider is used, payment credentials are handled under that provider's terms and should not be stored in the CRM unless necessary.

4. Purposes and legal grounds

Data is used to review applications, create and secure accounts, provide features, compile analytics, deliver support, prevent abuse, restore access, send service notices and administrator messages, analyze reliability, and comply with law.

Processing may be based on performance of the User Agreement, consent, legitimate interests in security and product improvement, or a legal obligation. You may ask support to stop news and informational broadcasts; essential security, access, and material service notices may still be sent.

5. Third-party data and user content

You control the content added to your workspace and must have a lawful basis to process information about models, clients, staff, and other people. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive data, passwords, secret keys, identity documents, or information that is not required for the Service.

You are responsible for lawful collection and disclosure of this data, while the Service processes it technically only as required to provide its features.

6. Recipients and service providers

Data may be processed as necessary by hosting providers, Resend for email, network and security infrastructure, a payment provider, and integrations you enable. Disclosure may also occur where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with your consent.

We do not sell personal data to advertising networks. If a technical provider operates abroad, data may be processed outside your country using available contractual and technical safeguards.

7. Retention and security

Data is retained only as long as needed: workspace data while the account is active or until you delete it; security logs and analytics for a limited technical period; and support records, backups, or transaction-related information as required to resolve requests, protect rights, and comply with law.

Safeguards include access controls, encrypted transport, password hashing, encryption of sensitive fields, backups, and monitoring. No internet transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies, location, and tracking links

Necessary cookies maintain authenticated sessions, form security, and language preference. The public website does not use advertising cookies. Country and city are estimated from IP or infrastructure headers for language, currency, geographic rules, and analytics; precise GPS location is not requested.

A public tracking-page visitor's raw IP is not stored in the page owner's analytics. A one-way technical identifier is used to count unique visits. Page owners see aggregate metrics by day, country, device, source, and action.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent. To protect your account, a response from the registered email may be required. Some data may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, or protection of the parties' rights.

10. Age, changes, and contact

The Service is intended for adults. This Policy may change when the product, providers, or law changes. The current version and effective date are published here; material updates may also be announced by email or inside the Service.

Submit data requests through support. For quick general contact, use Telegram.

Never send passwords, API keys, payment data, identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive information through support.
